There has recently been a bit of a mess surrounding the city of Ottawa improving transit in the downtown core. Cancelled projects, mismanaged funds etc. So here is my idea: ...how bout an old school, San Fransisco style Trolley system. That way tourists can help fund the thing and we can waste their money instead : )
