The required downpayment to avoid having to pay CMHC mortgage insurance has been lowered from 25% to 20%. I think its a good move by the Feds.

I don't get how or why sooo many people love pickles.
They are green, bumpy, ugly and to top it all off they swim in their own rancid juices.
But all I hear is "Are you going to eat that?"
Nastiness...the only cool thing about pickles is that commercial with the aliens. (dee tatata)
