Under a Liberal government, thousands of low-income students would have a better shot at getting a post-secondary education and finding a good job, announced Paul Martin on Thursday.
Half of every undergraduate student's first year tuition, and half of his or her final years' tuition, will be paid for by the government -- to a maximum of $3,000 in each of those years.
