Hertz's New USP

Saw a Hertz Rent-A-Car ad on TV this weekend and I think they have a a great new USP (Unique Selling Proposition). It is nice to see some creativity in an industry where differentiation isn't normally a major focus.

Anyway the point is you can now rent your dream car as if it were just a regular weekend rental. They call it the Hertz Fun Collection. From Hummers to Mustang Convertibles.

I am personally looking forward to the Nissan 350Z (coming soon!)

From a more practical standpoint, I've heard from several people that before you decide on a new car you should *rent* it first and drive it for a whole weekend (or longer) to see if you like it. A test drive alone sometimes doesn't do the trick.

But that's cool you can rent cool cars. Be a millionaire for a day! lol

Millionaire for a day...I was looking at that as an idea for a niche market for our travel business : )
You take a vacation that is 5 star everything. First Class air, limousine pick-up at the airport, the penthouse suite etc.
