"On future calls...you do not have to enter the first 4 digits of your bank card number to access telephone banking."
Why does this voice only come on after I've already attempted to enter the number:
1: Without the first 8 digits (because I'm not sure if it's the first 4 digits or 8 digits that you can eliminate)
2: When I just enter all the digits because I'm fed up with the "guess how many digits you don't have to enter game."
